• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly financial statement packages.
• Oversee invoicing for rent, utilities, and CAM fees to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant based in LATAM to manage accounting operations for a US-based real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, optimize cash flow, maintain compliance with US and LATAM accounting requirements, and support ownership with insightful financial analysis.

• Prepare month-end journal entries and account reconciliations for GL accounts
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Maintain internal controls, and work with both internal and external auditors
